June - November                         $500/night (4 night minimum. 4th of July Weekend - $650/night.)
December 1 - December 15          $700/night (4 night minimum)
December 16 - January 2             $1400/night (4 night minimum)
January 3 - April 8                       $800/night (4 night minimum. Pres. Day wkend is $900/night.)
April 2012 - December 2012         Please call for rates

One-time cleaning fee not included (additional $300/week, prorated for shorter stays.)

Please note that Beaver Creek requires an additional 10.99% Lodging Tax on the rental and cleaning fees.
